JOB DESCRIPTION

About Us

The Physical Therapy Effect is a patient-focused physical therapy office with two locations in San Diego's Little Italy neighborhood and North County’s San Marcos. Since 2013, we have been dedicated to being a positive ripple in our community.

What does that mean? It means that we believe by improving one persons life through our connections and treatments has a rippling effect in our community. It means that person can then go out to coffee with their friends, play with the kids or grandkids, or return to their fitness class. It means that they can continue to positively effect the people in their lives.

We are looking for an eccentric, passionate life learner to join our team. We love Physical Therapy and we are looking for that person who holds that same kind of passion as well. We want the "PT Nerd."

Role Description

This is a full-time Pelvic Health/Orthopedic position at a brick-and-mortar clinic. Are you fun? Are you Quirky? Are you a PT Geek? Then you should look into our team. The next team member to join our team should love PT. We focus on Orthopedic Manual Therapy and Pelvic Health. You MUST feel the same way.

We are looking for someone who thrives on connection, laughs easily, and knows the difference between “productive work” and “busy work.”

Growth and mentorship opportunities - whether you want to specialize further, mentor, or move into leadership, we’ll make sure your career trajectory is more exciting than your friend’s sourdough starter phase.

O yea, did we mention 4-day work schedules and True 1 on 1 visits?

We treat Active Adults from all walks of life!!! It would be a plus if you do too.
