Job Description

ResponsibilitiesAssesses patients and develops and initiates treatment plans based on the evaluation results.Review the patients condition and medical records to determine the physical therapy treatment required.Provides direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelines.Documents findings progress and instructions to patients and caregivers.Holds responsibility for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians.Completes a written plan of care develops goals based on evaluation findings and develops a comprehensive program to attain goals.Implements physical therapy treatment program and provides essential physical therapy treatments.Communicates effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues including physicians and insurance companies.Ensure timely documentation including daily notes weekly workers compensation reports progress reports initial evaluations discharge summaries and incident reports.Qualifications : Graduate from an accredited college with an APTA curriculumOne or more years of outpatient orthopedic experience within a private clinic or hospital preferredCurrently registered and licensed in the state of Nevada and CPR certifiedOutgoing and energetic personalityExperience in exercise and manual-based skills McKenzie skilled and sports rehabilitationNew graduates are welcome to applyAdditional Information : What youll getProductivity bonus: up to $10000.00 annuallySign on and or Relocation assistance of $5K plusContinuing educationEmployee discount plansEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Multiple opportunities for professional development specialization and leadershipClinical mentorshipFamily-friendly work environmentInvestment from a company that wants you to succeed and thrive The anticipated base salary range for this position is $85000 -$100000. Salary is based on various factors including relevant experience knowledge skills other job-related qualifications and geography. Additionally this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Companys incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
