Physical Therapist Yakima WAUrgently Hiring4-day work week (Mon-Thurs)We are looking for a motivated Physical Therapist for our growing practice in Yakima WA. This position is 100% outpatient care with excellent work life balance with a 4-day work week providing exemplary patient care for established and new patients. Must be an excellent team player and work well with other providers in our team-based treatment approach. Duties:Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plansProvide therapeutic interventions focused on rehabilitation mobility and functionWork collaboratively with chiropractors massage therapists nurse practitioners and other providersEducate patients on exercise injury prevention posture and body mechanicsDocument patient progress and maintain accurate treatment recordsParticipate in team meetings and contribute to integrated care planningRequirements:Doctorate or masters degree in physical therapy from an accredited programCurrent Washington State PT license (or ability to obtain prior to start date)Experience in outpatient orthopedics or integrative care is a plusStrong communication and clinical reasoning skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamBilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferredSchedule:Full time (Mon-Thurs) 8-6Compensation (range):$95k $125k (DOE) plus bonus compensationBenefits:PTO/Vacation-2 weeks plus holidays4-day work week with flexible scheduling Support for continuing education and professional developmentHealth insurance optionsIRAEnd of year bonus compensationJoin our collaborative and patient-centered team!
