Physical Therapy Assistant, Inpatient Per Diem at University of Maryland Medical System

SCHEDULEMon - Fri; 8am to 4:30pmJOB SUMMARY:Deliver physical therapy services through evaluation of patient needs goal determination and development of treatment plans according to the principles and practices of physical therapy. This is an Inpatient position.  JOB DUTIES: Performs direct physical therapy services to patients in accordance with Maryland State Board of Physical Therapy Practice code of ethics and departmental policies and procedures for the delivery of limited physical therapy services.*Records patient data collected for re-evaluations and care provided in the medical record in accordance with departmental documentation standards.*Participates in performance improvement activities and suggests areas for improvement to colleagues in a tactful and considerate manner.
