Join us on this meaningful journey where your skills compassion and dedication will make a remarkable difference in the lives of those we serve.How youll contributeUnder the supervision of a Physical Therapist provides physical therapy services to patients needing to develop recover and maintain physical mobility/function.Implements treatment plan developed by supervising therapist using appropriate modalities. Seeksconsultation as necessary.Monitors patients responses to the treatment plan. Regularly communicates patient progress and possible goal revisions to the physical therapist.Documents services provided and patient response/progress.Educates the patient and family/caregiver about patient deficits.Assists with patient discharge planning.
