Inpatient Physical Therapy Assistant Per Diem Weekends at Trinity Health

Employment Type:Part timeShift:Description:Summary:This position is responsible for assisting with physical therapy procedures and related tasks that have been selected by the supervising physical therapist.Requirements:1. High school diploma or equivalent is required.2. Successful graduation from an accredited physical therapy assistant program (unless the Physical Therapy Examining Committee has provided a qualifying opinion on equivalent training and/or experience) is required.3. Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant with the State of California is required. Exception may be made for Physical Therapy Assistant Licensed Applicant with a requirement to obtain licensure within six months of hire into position.4. Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR card is required.5. Minimum of one year experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant is preferred.6. Experience in an acute care setting is preferred.7. Ability to utilize physical therapy equipment safely is required.8.
