Seeking an experienced physician with previous roles at a smaller hospital with low trauma.ROLE Staffing Model (3 FTEs) 2 MDs per day SCHEDULE: 2 weeks on 1 week off (mon-fri w/ one on-call weekend per 3 weeks) 1 md has full schedule typically from 7:30a-3:30pm Second MD has partial schedule from 7:30/8a-close (typically a few hours; after can go home) 2 ORs open per day CALL: Providers typically cover their on-call responsibilities during the 2 weeks on so every 3rd week is off for PTO Ability to pick up extra shifts with primary or secondary locations nearbyPACKAGE Salary: $550,000/year Benefits: Full Medical for entire family, PTO, CME, Retirement plan + Relocation
