Physician Assistant at Dr. Novikov Wellness and Skin Care
JOB DESCRIPTION
Physician Assistant – Wound Care & Surgical Dermatology | Central Massachusetts Full-Time or Part-Time | New Grads Welcome
Build a Procedure-Based Career from Day One
Dr. Novikov Wellness and Skin Care is a physician-led wound care program serving long-term care and skilled nursing facilities across Massachusetts. We're looking for a motivated PA ready to develop real clinical skills — chronic wound management, debridement, and surgical dermatology procedures — with direct mentorship from a supervising physician with 38+ years of surgical experience.
This is a rare opportunity to enter a procedure-heavy specialty early, with the structure and support to become genuinely proficient.
What the Role Looks Like
You'll carry an independent caseload across assigned long-term care, rehab, and skilled nursing facilities in your region, with additional procedures performed at our Central Massachusetts office. You own your schedule, your patient relationships, and your results.
- No overnight calls. No weekends.
- Flexible full-time or part-time schedule
- Mileage reimbursement for facility travel
- Hands-on training from day one with ongoing clinical support
Compensation
- Competitive base salary
- Performance-based weekly bonus tied to clinical productivity
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
- 4 weeks paid vacation after 2 years (accelerated vs. industry standard)
What We're Looking For
- PA license in Massachusetts (or in process); DEA registration required before start
- Reliable personal vehicle — local travel is a core part of this role
- Strong communicator who builds trust with patients, families, nursing staff and administration
- Self-directed with the ability to lead in each assigned facility
- New grads encouraged — especially those interested in procedure-based practice
Why Dr. Novikov Wound Care

We're a small, high-performing team where your work is visible, your growth is intentional, and your contributions are recognized.
