Physician Assistant – Family Medicine ClinicLocation: Langley, VAEmployer: U.S. Got People (USGP)Pay: $64.00 per hour + Health and Welfare StipendSchedule: Monday–Friday | Shifts between 0730–1630U.S. Got People (USGP) is currently seeking a qualified Physician Assistant to provide full-time care at the Family Medicine Clinic in Langley, Virginia. Join a mission-driven team delivering healthcare services to active-duty military personnel, veterans, and their families in a unique federal facility setting.What We Offer:Competitive hourly wage of $66.00, plus health and welfare stipendComprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and 401(k)Paid Time Off and Sick LeaveStable weekday schedule – no weekend or holiday shifts Qualifications:Education:Graduate from a program accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA) Certifications:Current Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart AssociationMust possess or obtain within required timeframes:Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 3 months of startNeonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) within 3 months of startAdvanced Life Support in Obstetrics (ALSO) within 6 months of start Experience:At least one year of experience within the past two years as a practicing Physician Assistant Licensure:Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a Physician Assistant in any U.S. state or territoryPrimary Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):Provide comprehensive primary and specialty medical care within scope of training and facility privilegesPerform screenings, physical exams, immunizations, and manage both acute and chronic conditionsDiagnose, treat, and counsel patients across all organ systemsRecognize emergency conditions and appropriately triage or refer complex casesParticipate in and lead staff training, in-service education, and clinical lecturesEncourage health promotion and preventive care through patient education and annual wellness visitsPrescribe medications and immunizations in accordance with established protocolsBuild collaborative relationships with physicians, nurses, and support staff to enhance care deliveryMaintain accurate medical documentation and attend team meetings for quality improvementAt USGP, we are dedicated to supporting the health of our nation’s military and their families.
