Physician Assistant - Orthopaedics at Tulsa Bone & Joint Associates

Tulsa Bone and Joint Associates is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to work alongside one of our Orthopedic Sports Medicine Surgeons.

**Essential Functions: **

· Provide care to patients in our office clinic.

· Conduct comprehensive and problem-focused history and physical examinations in clinic practice.

· Assist in surgical procedures, including performing deep and superficial tissue closures, and undertake any other tasks delegated by the surgeon.

· Order and interpret laboratory and radiological results for patients.

· Develop treatment plans and provide education for orthopedic patients within the scope of practice.

· Use clinical judgment to identify issues requiring consultation or referral to the supervising physician.

· Establish a friendly rapport with patients and their families.

· Demonstrate strong communication skills.

· Document patient care and compliance while maintaining quality standards.

· Conduct hospital rounds and make consultations as needed.

**Requirements: **

· Active Oklahoma Physician Assistant License.

· OBNDD/DEA credentials.

· Preferred experience in orthopedic care or surgical settings, although not required.

This position operates Monday through Friday, with some weekend availability. Responsibilities will include patient care in the office clinic and/or at the hospital/surgery center.

Salary will be based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
