Department:ICE MUSL NWA Van Asche Specialty IDepartments Website:Summary of Job Duties:The Physician Assistant (PA) in this PRN role will provide essential as needed medical care to support the UAMS Ortho Clinic team in Northwest Arkansas. This position involves conducting physicals diagnosing illnesses prescribing treatments and performing minor procedures to ensure comprehensive patient care. The PA will work flexibly to cover shifts for absent staff or address special situations contributing to the clinics operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include managing patient care ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests maintaining accurate medical records and educating patients about their health conditions. Additionally the PA will collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient-centered care while serving as a resource and advocate within the healthcare environment.
