Fairview is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our Rheumatology practice at M Health Fairview Clinics and Surgery Center – Maple Grove. We are seeking a candidate who will deliver high quality rheumatology care to adult patients. Clinics have on-site laboratories as well as imaging capabilities.Practice Details: Openings: 0.8 FTEMonday – Friday, hours dependent on patient needsPatient encounters average 8-12 patients per dayOne rheumatologist physician at Maple GroveAdditional specialist on site to offer real-time consultantsEstablished referral base of Fairview employed primary care and subspecialty physicians.Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC)Qualifications:Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant training programBC/BE through the NCCPALicensed or ability to obtain licensure through Minnesota Board of Medical PracticeAbility to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of MinnesotaMeet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and PrivilegesDemonstrated experience in rheumatology is essentialCommunity Information:Maple Grove is a thriving and rapidly growing suburb of Minneapolis, known for its extensive retail developments, robust economy, and abundant parks.
