ROC is a leading orthopedic practice dedicated to providing exceptional, patient-centered musculoskeletal care. Our team includes fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeons, physician associates, therapists, and support staff working collaboratively to restore mobility and improve quality of life. With expanding service lines in both foot & ankle and sports medicine, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Orthopedic PA-C to join our team.Position Overview:The PA-C will work closely with our fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in foot & ankle and sports medicine. This is a dynamic role with a mix of clinic, surgical assisting, and inpatient rounding. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be passionate about orthopedics, and demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills.Key Responsibilities:First assist in orthopedic surgeries (foot & ankle, sports medicine, and general orthopedics as needed)Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, histories, and physicalsManage pre- and post-operative care, including wound checks, suture removal, and rehab coordinationPerform joint injections, fracture management, casting/splinting, and other orthopedic proceduresEducate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery, and prevention strategiesCollaborate with surgeons, physical therapists, athletic trainers, and other care team membersQualifications:Current PA-C certification and active state license (or ability to obtain)Orthopedic experience strongly preferred; new graduates with strong ortho/sports rotations will be consideredStrong procedural skills (casting, injections, wound care)Excellent interpersonal skills with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teamsAbility to manage a busy clinic schedule with autonomy and efficiencyCompensation & Benefits:Competitive salary commensurate with experienceProductivity and call coverage incentivesComprehensive health, dental, vision, and retirement benefitsCME allowance and professional development supportPaid time off and work-life balance initiativesOpportunity for long-term career growth within an expanding orthopedic practiceJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insuranceMalpractice insurancePaid time offRetirement planVision insuranceWork Location: In person Compensation Information:$115000.00 / Annually - $216000.00 / Annually
