We have multiple positions available, offering a unique 12-hour NOCTURNIST shift schedule. These exceptional opportunities include the option of being part of a syndicated facility with partial physician ownership, providing a collaborative leadership environment in a service area encompassing 1.2 million people. This location is perfect for individuals and families seeking a blend of affordability, lakeside living, vibrant neighborhoods, and that perfect combination of big city amenities with a small-town feel.As a Pulmonary/Critical Care specialist in our network, you will have the option to practice either as an Intensivist (7on/7off) or a mix of outpatient Pulmonary and inpatient Intensivist responsibilities. Your role will involve the evaluation of unstable floor patients, triaging transfers from outside facilities, responding to code blue alerts, and participating in rapid responses as needed. You'll be responsible for cross-coverage on 40-50 ICU beds, with the valuable support of an experienced critical care team, including APPs.This position offers active support from various specialties, including interventional radiology, cardiology, and cardio-thoracic services, creating a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment.
