Please Note: It is a Hybrid Position in Tallahassee FL. 2 Days Onsite.Local candidates preffered.Contract Position for 12 MonthsKey Required Skills:Experience required in specific platforms: SailPoint Saviynt.Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Implementation Lead to manage the delivery configuration and rollout of enterprise IGA solutions such as SailPoint Saviynt Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) or similar platforms. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end implementation activities including requirements analysis design configuration workflow development integration and deployment across complex organizational environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the full lifecycle implementation of IGA solutionsfrom discovery and requirements gathering to production deployment.Conduct detailed analysis of identity data entitlement structures SoD rules and access governance processes.Design and configure IGA components including identity lifecycle workflows (Joiner/Mover/Leaver) role models access review campaigns and certification processes.Integrate IGA platform with enterprise applications AD/Entra ID HR systems SaaS platforms and authoritative sources.Develop custom connectors integrations and automation scripts as needed.Oversee identity reconciliation entitlement cleanup and orphan account remediation activities.Coordinate testing activities including unit testing UAT workflow validation and integration testing.Support development of technical documentation RTM mapping solution architecture and operational runbooks.Provide technical guidance to developers testers and business teams throughout implementation.Collaborate with security infrastructure and compliance teams to ensure solution alignment with policies and industry standards such as NIST Zero Trust and FedRAMP.Lead cutover planning deployment readiness and handover to operations.RequirementsRequired Qualifications:7 years of experience specializing in Identity Governance & Administration.Hands-on experience with leading IGA platforms (SailPoint IIQ Saviynt OIG etc.).Strong understanding of identity lifecycle RBAC ABAC SOD and entitlement models.Experience with APIs SCIM SAML OAuth/OIDC LDAP and directory services.Strong analytical documentation and communication skills.Experience leading teams and managing multi-stakeholder projects.Preferred Qualifications:Certifications such as SailPoint Architect/Engineer Saviynt Professional CISSP or equivalent.Experience in the public sector or regulated environments.Familiarity with Python PowerShell or Java for automation.Required Skills:Required Qualifications: 7 years of experience specializing in Identity Governance & Administration.
