FNP ANCC, AANP or other BCs? ABEM preferred but we will accept FM trained docs w/ strong ED experience Will the facility accept alternative boards? ABPS? No RESIDENCY TRAINED REQUIREMENTS EM residency trained preferred but open to FM residency trained w/ ED experience Will the facility accept alternative boards? ABPS? No RESIDENCY TRAINED REQUIREMENTS EM residency trained preferred but open to FM residency trained w/ ED experience ATLS and ACLS PALS BALS Required? If the physician is FM residency trained or boarded or board eligible EM, then they must have ATLS ACLS & PALS. If the physician is EM board certified, then they must show proof of having ATLS at least once in their lifetime. Full lab capabilities are available on site EMR SYSTEM EPIC ACTIVE STATE LICENSE REQUIRED TO PROCEED? Yes FLU OR OTHER IMMUNIZATIONS REQUIRED? WAIVER CONSIDERED? Flu required but waiver is allowed  PAID TRAVEL AND LODGING OR ALL IN RATE? Paid travel PRIVILEGING TIMEFRAME 60+ days EXPEDITED LOCUM PRIVILEGES? Temps are possible but even with temps, it is still about a 60 day+ credentialing timeframe. Please note that Winnsboro has a separate credentialing application than Lindale and Canton, even though all 3 are part of the same Christus Mother Frances Health System. Winnsboro does not have a hospital application fee but Lindale and Canton require a one time application fee of $300 (it is $300 combined for both Lindale and Canton not $300 each site) ONBOARDING REQUIREMENTS (Orientation/EMR training) Orientation is typically for 3 to 4 hours in the morning and then the provider will shadow in the ED directly after that for a total of 12 hours. EPIC training is usually done prior to orientation.
