This locum tenens position offers a long-term coverage option, allowing for a flexible schedule and the chance to make a significant impact on patient care.The facility is seeking a dedicated physician who can cover 8 or more shifts per month, with various shift times available, including evening, overnight, and APC shifts. With an estimated 20,000 visits per year, the incoming physician will play a crucial role in providing quality care to patients in need.Board certification eligibility is required, and candidates must hold a valid medical license in Michigan or participate in the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC). Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications are also required.The EMR system utilized is Cerner, and coverage type is scheduled clinical hours only, with no call required.
