The provider will cover 5 clinic days and 2 surgical days monthly. Works with an on-site PA who handles clinic support. Long-term commitment preferred. Financial credentialing and payer authorization are required since all surgeries are elective. Hospital Privileges Required: Yes Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance covered Requirements: Board Eligible or Board Certified (Otolaryngology) BLS Certification (AHA)
