Job Title: Physician (MD/DO) – Orthopedic / Sports Medicine / Pain Management

Location: Lady Lake, FL (The Villages Area)

Schedule: Flexible – 2 to 5 Days per Week

We are seeking a Medical Doctor (MD/DO) to join a specialized clinical practice focused on non-surgical treatment for knee, joint, back, and neck pain. This role is ideal for physicians passionate about helping patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and avoid joint replacement surgery through advanced non-surgical treatments.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Consult patients with joint, back, and musculoskeletal pain

🔹 Perform fluoroscopy-guided intra-articular joint injections

🔹 Provide treatment plans including regenerative medicine and GLP-1 weight management

🔹 Educate patients on treatment options and expected outcomes

🔹 Work collaboratively with physicians, PAs, and physical therapy staff

🔹 Ensure high-quality patient care and positive clinical outcomes

Requirements

🔹 Active Florida Medical License

🔹 Experience or comfort with fluoroscopy-guided injections

🔹 Understanding of GLP-1 medications for weight management

🔹 Strong consultation and patient communication skills

🔹 High attention to detail with a patient-first approach.
