Family Medicine and Obstetrics Physician
$10,000 Sign on Bonus
Open Door Health Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician (MD/DO with OB) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care. In this role, the physician will diagnose and manage a broad range of acute and chronic medical conditions along with managing pregnancy, labor and delivery while working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to support comprehensive, whole-person care.
As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), Open Door Health Services delivers integrated primary care, urgent care, preventive services, and select specialty care, along with vital social support programs. We are committed to serving individuals and families from diverse backgrounds and life experiences, ensuring access to care for all patients regardless of their ability to pay.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Indiana
- Federal DEA certification and Indiana CSR
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Medical degree from an accredited medical school
- Eligibility for unrestricted privileges at Ball Memorial Hospital
- Strong community health/public health orientation
