We are a large Academic department of about 30 health care providers comprising Physicians and Advanced Practice Professionals located at thirteen clinical sites in South Jersey. We cover a large geographical area including practices within 30 minutes to Philadelphia and Trenton. Department faculty have the opportunity to be actively involved in the Family Medicine Residency Program at Cooper Health and medical student education for Cooper Medical School at Rowan University. Our providers participate in an Accountable Care Organization with a population health team to support our providers.
