Physician Network is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join our growing family medicine practice. This physician would join a thriving practice that provides a collegial environment. Practice Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Flexible schedule Average outpatient volume: 18-22 patients per day Shared Call Telehealth offered Common Diagnoses: Child and adult wellness visits Back pain Endocrinology issues Hypertension Heart failureOur Physician Network brings together the many primary care and specialty physician groups associated with our hospitals and access points across Indiana and Illinois.
