This outpatient role offers flexibility and the chance to make a meaningful impact in a close-knit community. Outpatient-only, all-ages care Monday Friday, 8-hour shifts (typically 11:00am 8:00pm) Weekend shifts (optional): 1:00pm 5:00pm Average 16 patients per day Participate in a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model Full support staff and scheduling assistance Travel and malpractice coverage provided Any active state license accepted GET up to $170.00 per hour Sisseton is a culturally rich town located on the Lake Traverse Reservation.
