Qualifications and Requirements: Licensing and Certification:Must be licensed in Oklahoma or hold an Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) license.Board certification is required; eligibility is acceptable.Required certifications include ACLS. BLS and ATLS are not required.PALS is not required.Privileges:Temporary privileges are available.No hospital/surgery center privileges required. Additional Information: Credentialing Timeframe:Estimated to be 60 days.Facility Details:The facility is open to IMLC bids at this time.The hospital is stroke certified.
