This group has been thriving for over 20 years, remains fully independent (non-private equity), and is expanding due to strong patient demand. Practice Details: Join a highly collaborative group with 14 Gastroenterologists and 10 APPs No call ? strong focus on work-life balance Hospital coverage only first year: 2 days/month (scoping only, no consults or inpatient visits); 2nd year drops to 1 day/month Compensation model: 500-600K Guaranteed 1st year income Once fully ramped, make between 700K-1 Million, demonstrated. Ownership opportunity in physician-owned ASCs and group (retention bonus with equity options) Experienced physicians eligible within 3 months; Fellows within 1 year Clinical mix: 50% clinic patients, 50% procedures Advanced procedures available, but the majority of practice is bread & butter GI Work within a pod model across three convenient sites ? 1 site per day, easy commutes Northern Virginia?s Fairfax area offers the perfect balance of suburban comfort and urban convenience, making it a highly desirable place to live.
