We are seeking a dedicated Internal Medicine - Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology physician for a locum tenens opportunity in Washington State, near Garfield, WA. Position Highlights: Start Date: Immediate, ongoing assignment.Schedule:One week per month (7 days inpatient).Shifts run from Tuesday 7 a.m. to the following Tuesday 7 a.m.Night call included, with likely call-backs to the facility.Patients Per Shift: 513.Practice Setting: Combination of inpatient and outpatient care.Certifications Required:Board Certification in Internal Medicine with Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology specialization.ACLS and BLS certifications.Preferred Qualifications:Fellowship in Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology.Demonstrated expertise in heart failure management. Facility Information: The facility is fully equipped with Epic EMR for seamless documentation.Temporary privileges are available for qualified candidates to expedite the onboarding process.Hospital is certified for stroke care. Support and Resources: Collaborative environment with a multidisciplinary team:12 RNs, 3 MAs, 3 PAs/NPs, and 7 office staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.No supervision of advanced practice providers or residents required.
