Our clinics are currently open in Roseville CA and Astoria NY with Denver CO coming soon.Our Core Values:Open Possibilities: Helping patients achieve their reproductive goals.Open Access: Making high-quality fertility care available to those paying out of pocket.Open Arms: Welcoming every patient with compassion and understanding.Role SummaryThe Physician Liaison and Community Manager is responsible for implementing initiatives designed to facilitate the development of relationships between Spring Fertility physicians and referring physicians medical practice groups supplementary wellness providers and community partners in order to increase referral volume. We are looking for a get-it-done person with excellent interpersonal skills and a keen attention to detail. This person is a creative but metrics-driven individual with an understanding of relationship building and event management best practices. The primary responsibility is establishing and maintaining positive effective relationships and ongoing communications with physicians and medical practice groups.Day-to-day duties include:Physician outreach and relationship developmentPositioning Spring as a leader in fertility careIntroducing new Spring physicians to the marketMake regular contact (via in-person meetings telephone email or other channels) with existing network of referring physicians office managers community grand rounds coordinators and other staff to build relationships necessary to drive referral patient volumeDevelop and foster new relationships with prospective accountsReport weekly on referral volume by channel tracking activity and effectiveness of outreachCoordinate patient- and prospective patient-facing events to drive brand awareness including but not limited to in-house informational sessions community events events/conferences etc.Maintain outreach schedule for Spring Fertility physicians in the communityWork closely with Marketing to develop collateral to support outreachEducation Licenses CertificationsBachelors DegreeMinimum of three years healthcare or sales experience; previous sales experience working with physicians preferredExperience working within Salesforce or other CRM platforms a plusA valid drivers license active insurance and a clean driving record are required due to the territory and field-based nature of this positionEmployment TypeThis is a full time exempt position that requires travel within the region and contribution to company events outside of business hoursCompensationThe base salary range for this role is $70000-$100000 annually. This role also has bonus potential.
