Job Summary and ResponsibilitiesDignity Health Medical Group - Arizona is seeking a Consultation-Liaison Psychiatrist to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. Dignity Health Medical Group works in partnership with St. Joseph Hospital Medical Center ("SJHMC"), the oldest ACS-verified Level I trauma center in central Phoenix. Our team’s focus is driven around being leaders in education, centered on evidenced based medicine while ensuring consistent collaboration and communications within the team.  OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS:Provide consultation-liaison psychiatric services to a broad variety of patients at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center (SJHMC)Coverage includes emergency department, intensive care unit, medical-psychiatric unit, and neurorehabilitation patients.SJHMC is home to the Barrow Neurological Institute, an internationally recognized center for neurosurgery and neurology, providing extensive opportunity for care of patients with complex neuropsychiatric illness.5 days/week inpatient general hospital coverage with rounding one weekend per month (weekdays exchanged for weekend coverage)Academic appointment at the Creighton University School of Medicine commensurate with experience What We Offer:Competitive Salary & Benefits PackageCME BenefitsSign-on BonusRelocation403(b) w/ MatchPension Fully Funded by DHMGStudent Loan Repayment (for those who qualify)Tail Insurance Group DescriptionDignity Health, one of the largest healthcare systems in the nation, is a growing organization with well-resourced, modern facilities and diverse practice opportunities.
