Neonatologist " Community Level III NICUJob Description:Provide clinical care in a 32-bed community Level III NICU (average daily census: 12 newborns).Collaborate with pediatric subspecialists in surgery, cardiology, gastroenterology, and ENT to manage complex cases.Participate in newborn service, including direct patient care and family counseling.Support facility status as a California Children's Services-designated hospital and engage in quality improvement programs, such as participation in the California Perinatal Quality Care Collaborative.Work within a collegial team focused on maintaining a positive work/life balance.Engage with hospital staff and administration to uphold and advance neonatal care standards.Permanent, full-time position; local residency required.
