Physician / Ohio / Permanent / Gastroenterologist Job at Odyssey Staffing

Ongoing Gastroenterology need in Southern Ohio 2-4 weeks per month Either 1 FTE or 2 physicians rotating 2 weeks per month M-F 7:30am-3:15pm Weeknight 7p-7a and 24 HR weekend call with rounding Call is low volume, for night call doc will only go in for impact or bleeding 12-15 procedures per day with 1-2 possible add ons General GI EGD, EGD with banding, Foreign body & Dilations, Colonoscopies Support staff: 1 GI 2 CNP 2 LPN 4 MOA 2 Desk attendants 2 surgery schedulers Endo Staff: 1 FT Anesthesia team with Mac sedation 4 FT endo teams EMR and Equipment Meditech Olympus scopes and video New Provation Medical Documentation System (electronic medical record, sends orders to office, post op notes dictated and printed, consults to other physicians - helps with coding and billing). The Provation system does interface with the Olympus system.
