Key ResponsibilitiesInterpret surgical pathology, cytology (gynecologic and non-gynecologic), and hematopathology cases. Perform grossing of routine specimens, occasional frozen sections, and IHC/ISH-based diagnostic workups.Provide clinical consultation in clinical pathology, including blood bank/transfusion medicine, microbiology, hematology, and chemistry.Provide medical direction for clinical laboratory services, maintaining compliance with NYSDOH, CLIA, and Joint Commission standards.Participate in tumor boards, multidisciplinary conferences, and quality improvement initiatives.Effectively communicate with technical staff and provide expertise as appropriate.Participate in equitabl
