Job Details:Pay Rate:Half-day - $700 flat rate (includes times to complete exams, submit report, including any addendums)Full-day - $1400 flat rate (includes times to complete exams, submit report, including any addendums)Qualifications: MD/DO Neurology, Neurosurgery, PM&R BC/BE TX License Familiar with Musculoskeletal, Diabetes, and Cardio required.Proficient in METs testing, evaluating and diagnosing respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions.Own personal laptop (no MAC/Apple products) DMA Certified Facility: A Veteran's Service May see patients in your own office. Schedule: Dates: PRN - Ongoing Half day or Full day options Assignment: Outpatient Exams are primarily interview-based with some physical assessment: range of motion testing, muscle strength testing, evaluating traumatic brain injury.Exams will be a mix of General Medicine and Traumatic Brain Injury.No prescribing, no treatment.Use of Goniometer required.
