As a Coach, you will design and lead age-appropriate practices and drills, offer guidance and mentorship, and assist with team administration. If you have a sports or coaching background and want to make a real difference in the lives of children, we want to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesFollow age-appropriate workouts focusing on technique, endurance, skill development, and drills.Lead structured practicesProvide positive feedback, guidance, and encouragementIndividualize practices to suit each childs abilitiesCommunicate with parents/guardiansFollow all health and safety guidelinesAssist with all administrative matters relating to the teamQualificationsPrevious experience coaching children/students is preferredComfortable with speaking to and educating parentsKnowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics is preferred but not requiredFirst aid and CPR-certifiedPositive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
