From ERP CPM Analytics Data Integration RPA and beyond CFO Tech provides finance leaders with a single objective partner capable of delivering from strategy to execution.This role can be based in any of our US office locations and is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work remotely 2 days a week. Ideal candidates should be local to the desired location.This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.What Youll Do:Collaborate with clients to prepare & manage objectives scope project plan timeline budget & resource plan for Pigment implementations.Collaborate with functional and technical team members to develop effective Pigment solutions.Build and configure Pigment models for budgeting forecasting workforce planning revenue modeling and operational reporting.Translate client requirements into optimized architecture metric logic and data structures aligned with Pigment best practices.Develop dimensions calculations KPIs dashboards and workflows that support scalable planning processes.Configure and support data integrations between Pigment and client systems (ERP CRM HCM data platforms).Participate in requirements workshops design sessions testing cycles and cutover activities.Troubleshoot and resolve model performance issues; implement enhancements and optimizations.Deliver end-user training documentation and adoption support.Stay informed on product updates and implement upgrades or enhancements as needed.Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization of Pigment solutions.Supervise mentor and develop junior consultants and business analysts on application and implementation methodology.Travel to client site as needed.You Have:3-5 years of proven experience in systems consulting or CPM model development (Pigment or Anaplan)Hands-on Pigment model-building experience strongly preferredExcellent understanding of multi-dimensional AND relational databasesPrevious experience and ability to gather business requirements and effectively implement on CPM solutionsStrong analytical skills with the ability to convert complex business logic into scalable system designDemonstrated understanding and expertise of connected planning concepts in Pigment including but not limited to Supply Chain T&Q and core FP&A use cases such as budgeting forecasting workforce driver-base planning & scenario modelingExcellent communication and client engagement skillsAbility to work in dynamic fast-paced consulting environmentsBachelors degree in Finance Accounting Engineering Information Systems or related fieldYou Are:A self-starter with a strong work ethicA leader of others; you lead by exampleA strong team player able to work with team members across all levelsAble to effectively communicate complex issues and solutions and raise issues to senior team members when necessaryComfortable managing projects with multiple complex workstreams while also focused on your single workstream (you are managing and doing).Excited to be part of a growing team with a focus on driving future growthFull of entrepreneurial spirit and comfortable in a fluid flat organizationKnowledgeable about the relationship between Private Equity sponsors and their portfolio companiesPassionate about delivering exceptional client serviceSomeone who enjoys mentoring others and doing meaningful workWilling to get your hands dirty in the details of a project while simultaneously seeing the whole pictureThe annual salary for this role ranges from: $140000 to $164000 USD benefits bonus.
