RESPONSIBILITIES:Prepare the pizza dough, sauces, cheeses, and toppings (tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, onions, and more)Become a master at spinning dough in an open kitchen; our customers love this, they will cheer for you (for reals)Monitor exact temperatures and cooking times for our premium stone-baked pizzasBe comfortable talking to coworkers and guests; we want you to extend the Mellow vibe to everyone – especially team members Prepare the Mellow specialty pizzas our guests crave and rave about.
