As a Tascio Pizza Maker, you will:Hand-stretch and shape dough to 18”Layer and top pizzas with speed and consistencyManage oven rotation and loadingMaintain a spotless, well-organized, and food-safe workstationCollaborate seamlessly with the kitchen team in a high-volume environmentEngage directly with customers on the slice lineUphold Pizza Tascio’s exacting standards of quality and presentationCandidate RequirementsProven Experience: Minimum 2–3 years as a pizza maker in fast-paced, high-volume kitchensTechnical Skill: Mastery of dough spinning, topping precision, and oven controlPhysical Stamina: Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended shiftsAttention to Detail: Rigorously clean, organized, and safety-focusedProfessional Attitude: Positive, reliable, and able to thrive under pressureSkills AssessmentAll applicants will complete a hands-on skills evaluation during their interview.
