Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe're an upscale Fast Fine concept cooking with all wood fired ovens. Our dough is made in house daily using the finest ingredients. Located in Glade Parks between the Aloft Hotel and Belk. Pay based on experience. Raises given over the course of development and work ethic reviews.No late nightsPerfect second job with short shifts if wanted. Shifts begin between 4pm and 6pm based on availability.Full time or part time.Very team focused open kitchen concept.Weekends and evenings requiredLooking to work in an environment where pay is based off of experience and work ethic.16 years old and up ok to applyPerfect job for high schoolers looking to work with no late nights during the week.ResponsibilitiesYou prepare and cook all food according to specifications and recipes and assist with training new team members.You organize and manage all food orders in an orderly fashion and communicate with team members to ensure all food is baked/cooked properly.You are personally hygienic and professionally you maintain a clean working area while complying with nutrition, sanitation regulations, and safety standards.You keep a positive approach with coworkers and customers.QualificationsReliable, quality help can be hard to come by in the restaurant world! So we look for skilled line cooks with experience and solid cooking/baking skills, but we'll also hire you for trainability (potential), personality, and cultural fit.
