This role is essential for maintaining and enhancing product quality and consistency, ensuring that every slice of pizza meets our high standards.Responsibilities:Visit all locations where Sal's Pizza is served and conduct thorough evaluations of product quality.Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor process improvement initiatives and ensure consistency across all locations. Collaborate with location management to review assessment data and recommend strategic improvements for enhancing product quality.Establish procedures for identifying and reporting quality issues, promptly notifying management of any deviations from quality expectations.Regularly sample and test products to verify adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement. Cross-train in various quality assurance positions to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the quality control process.Requirements:Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospitality environment, with specific experience in pizza preparation and service.Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Proficiency in computer software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
