Our team of 4000 employee-owners equipped with innovative technology and optimized procedures helps owners optimize safety productivity profit margins and cost efficiency.PlannerThis individual will be responsible for planning and scheduling preparation analysis updates progress reporting as-built schedules recovery schedules technical support and tracking earned value on projects. Additional duties may be assigned.Specific Duties and Responsibilities:Provide resources for support training and schedule maintenanceDevelop work packages through job walksAssist projects in establishing baseline schedules updates documentation and modificationsProduce or support development of preliminary bid schedules to identify bidding advantages and ensure qualityDesign project schedules and contract agreements maintain data integrity throughout the project lifecycle and prepare reports for client supportGenerate monthly status reports for upper management detailing key schedule information and changes from the previous monthProvide schedule narratives to explain weekly discrepanciesSupport schedule and time impact analysis exercisesPlan pump maintenance and repairs accuratelyUnderstand industry QC and safety standardsSkilled in pipe and millwright workSAP experienceOther duties as assignedPhysical Demands: The role requires regular sitting handling objects reaching standing walking climbing balancing stooping kneeling crouching crawling talking hearing and occasionally tasting or smelling. Must be able to lift/move up to 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. frequently.
