The GA Telesis Ecosystem concept is core to our providing integrated aviation solutions to our global customers.ThePlanning Expeditorplays a key role in maintaining high-quality standards while complying with GA Telesis processes. Reporting to theDirector of Supply Chain Analytics and Purchasing this role will be responsible for maintaining records and coordinating and scheduling maintenance and inspection requirements for aircraft and assembly components. This position is based onsite in Miami FL.**Important Notice:Eligibility Requirement:Only U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents will be considered for this position.Responsibilities:Track and expedite all shop transactions dailyManage and monitor gear sub-assembliesPlan schedule and oversee material movement throughout the production processEnsure all Regional Shop customer shipment dates are metCoordinate inventory management to support continuous production operationsMonitor material flow and address shortages or bottlenecksCoordinate production workflows across one or multiple productsPrioritize operations to maximize performance and minimize delaysTrack and manage TAT for components sent for outside processingRecord and report output data (finished products defect rates etc.)Prepare and submit component status updatesReport any issues that may impact TATQualifications:Strong understanding of inventory management workflow scheduling and material flow processesProficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel required).Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsPreferred Qualifications:Aerospace industry knowledgeKnowledge of production planning and quality control principlesStrong negotiation/contracting analytical critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to compile and present data in a format that facilitates information sharing and decision makingCheck out how GA Telesis is Intelligently Defining the FUTURE of Aviation and Aerospace by following us onLinkedInInstagramFacebook!
