Job Summary:The Kitchen Prep Associate will be responsible for preparing, assembling, and packaging food and beverage items in accordance with standardized recipes and production procedures. Duties & Responsibilities:Prepares ingredients by washing, cutting, measuring, and portioning according to recipes and prep lists. Cooks, batches, and assembles food items under direction of leadership and in compliance with recipes. Labels, dates, and stores food properly using FIFO (first in, first out) practices. Maintains a clean and organized prep station and production area throughout the shift. Ensures compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health standards (e.g., handwashing, temp logs). Assists with packing and labeling products for delivery or service line use. Reports low stock levels or equipment issues to supervisors promptly. Assists with cleaning duties including equipment, utensils, floors, and storage areas. Follows all company policies and procedures, including dress code and safety protocols. Works collaboratively with other team members to meet daily production goals. Performs other duties as assigned.Required Skills & Abilities: Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately. Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed. Education & Experience:High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous food preparation or kitchen experience preferred but not required—training provided. Physical Requirements:Prolonged periods of walking, standing, and sitting.Scheduling:Shift Times8:00 AM - 4:00 PM9:00 AM - 5:00 PM11:00 AM - 7:00 PM2:00 PM - 10:00 PMshift times may vary based on seasonWEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS A REQUIREMENT OF THE POSITIONThis role is listed as part-time. However, additional hours may be available based on business needs, scheduling flexibility, and performance.
