Key Responsibilities Direct and optimize all plant operations including production quality and maintenance. Develop and implement strategic production plans to meet output and efficiency targets. Manage the plant budget control costs and oversee capital expenditures. Lead mentor and develop a high-performing team across all plant departments. In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes quality systems (e.g. ISO) and safety regulations. Experience implementing continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma). Bachelor's degree in Engineering Business Administration or a related technical field.
