Demonstrated ability to manage plant operations optimize production and control budgets. Excellent leadership communication problem-solving and decision-making skills. Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. MBA or Master's degree in a related technical or business field. Experience managing multi-site manufacturing operations. Proficiency with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g. automation IoT AI).
