Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee all daily plant operations to achieve production targets and operational excellence. Ensure strict adherence to safety quality and environmental regulations and standards. Manage plant budget control costs and identify opportunities for financial optimization. Develop mentor and manage a high-performing team fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Drive continuous improvement initiatives through lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and productivity. Oversee maintenance and reliability programs to ensure optimal equipment performance and uptime. Implement and maintain robust quality control systems to ensure product integrity and customer satisfaction. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience (5 years) in manufacturing operations leadership. Bachelor's degree in Engineering Business Administration or a related field. Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies. Strong financial acumen and experience managing plant budgets and P&L. Excellent leadership communication and team-building skills. Solid understanding of safety quality and regulatory compliance standards.
