Key Responsibilities Oversee all daily plant operations ensuring production targets are met efficiently and safely. Develop and manage the plant budget controlling costs and optimizing resource allocation. Implement and enforce robust safety quality and environmental compliance programs. Lead mentor and develop a high-performing team fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Drive operational excellence initiatives including Lean manufacturing and process optimization. Ensure equipment reliability and facility maintenance through effective planning and execution. Collaborate with other departments (e.g. supply chain sales R&D) to align plant activities with overall business goals. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering Business or a related technical field. 7 years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. Proven track record in Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies. Strong financial acumen with experience managing plant budgets and P&L. Demonstrated ability to develop and lead high-performing teams and drive cultural change. In-depth knowledge of safety quality and environmental compliance regulations.
