Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity quality and efficiency of operations. Manage plant budget optimize costs and ensure financial targets are achieved. Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with all health safety and environmental regulations. Lead mentor and develop plant staff fostering a high-performance culture. Implement and monitor quality control programs to ensure products meet company standards. Oversee maintenance and reliability programs for all plant equipment and infrastructure. Recommended Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership and operational management experience in a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated expertise in P&L management cost reduction and driving operational efficiency. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes quality systems (e.g. ISO GMP) and safety protocols. Proven experience implementing continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma). Bachelor's degree in Engineering Business Administration or a related field. Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g. automation IoT) Master's degree (e.g. MBA .)
