Key Responsibilities Oversee all plant operations including production quality maintenance and logistics. Manage the plant budget optimize costs and drive operational efficiency. Ensure production targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards. Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement and lean manufacturing. Lead mentor and develop the plant management team and workforce. Ensure strict compliance with all safety health and environmental regulations. Drive initiatives to enhance productivity reduce waste and improve overall plant performance. Recommended Qualifications Minimum 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations with at least 3-5 years as a Plant Manager or similar senior role. Bachelor's degree in Engineering Operations Management Business Administration or a related field. Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies. Proven ability to manage P&L develop budgets and drive cost reduction initiatives. Strong leadership and team development skills with a track record of fostering a high-performance culture. Comprehensive understanding of safety quality and environmental regulations and best practices.
