PositionSummaryThe Plant Manager is responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the RNG plant, overseeing Plant Operators and Supervisors to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations.This role managesdailyplantactivities,preventiveandcorrectivemaintenanceprograms,andresponsestoupsets or emergencies, while fostering a strong safety culture and continuous improvement. The Plant Manager serves as the primary liaison with corporate leadership, vendors, and regulatory agencies, balancing operational excellence with cost management.
