Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve production goals and objectives. Maintain high product quality standards and customer satisfaction. Recommended Qualifications Extensive (7-10 years) experience in manufacturing operations management with significant leadership responsibility. Proven track record in driving operational excellence continuous improvement (Lean Six Sigma) and productivity gains. Strong financial acumen including budgeting cost control and P&L management. Demonstrated ability to lead mentor and develop high-performing teams in a manufacturing environment. In-depth knowledge of safety protocols quality systems and regulatory compliance within manufacturing. Bachelor's degree in Engineering Operations Management Business Administration or a related technical field.
