Key Responsibilities Oversee all daily plant operations to ensure production targets are met efficiently and safely. Develop and manage the plant budget optimizing costs and resource allocation. Implement and enforce robust safety quality and environmental compliance programs. Lead mentor and develop a high-performing team across all plant departments. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency productivity and product quality. Strategic planning and execution to align plant operations with overall business goals. Manage maintenance and reliability programs for plant equipment and infrastructure. Recommended Qualifications Minimum 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations. Bachelor's degree in Engineering Business Administration or Operations Management. Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies. Demonstrated ability to manage P&L develop budgets and drive cost efficiencies. Strong commitment to fostering a safe work environment and ensuring high-quality production standards.
